Upward Volleyball is an indoor recreational volleyball league in Montreal! Our league has a cool spirit to it! Every team competes to win, but ultimately we play for fun - and oh it's a blast!! Compete for the championship, meet new people, get recognized for your skills, and grow in our community!

 

What makes us unique from other volleyball leagues?? We're simple, organized, clean, and fun! Of most importance, we take strong pride for being exceptionally organized. League manager Joe is very hands-on, always present, and quick to respond. We go above and beyond for a recreational league -- with our own referees (most rec leagues do not offer refs!), gatorades/mvps of the match, 13 different awards, All Star games, championship videos, weekly treats, and much more!
